This Privacy Policy explains how SuperKids collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our platform. We keep data collection to the absolute minimum needed to run the service.
1Information We Collect
We collect only what we genuinely need:
- Parent email address (for your account and important updates).
- Child's first name and age only — used to personalise lessons.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe / Razorpay — we never store card details.
2Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Child profiles contain only a first name and age — never an email, photo, or other identifiable information. We never market to children and we never show ads to children.
3How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect to create and secure your account, personalise the learning experience, process payments, and send essential service updates. We do not use it for behavioural advertising.
4Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted payment processors and hosting providers, and only under strict data-processing agreements that require them to protect it.
5Data Security
We use encryption in transit, secure hosting, and access controls to protect your information. While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to keep your data safe.
6Your Rights
