Welcome to SuperKids. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, apps, and learning content. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
1Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms. Accounts must be created and managed by an adult (18+) who is the parent or legal guardian of the child using the platform.
2Subscription & Billing
Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Every plan is covered by a 5-day money-back guarantee. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we never store your card details.
3Acceptable Use
Please use SuperKids fairly:
- One account per family — do not share your credentials.
- Printed and downloadable materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our content.
4Intellectual Property
All lessons, worksheets, characters, artwork, and software are the property of SuperKids / SuperKids and are protected by applicable laws. Your subscription grants you a personal licence to use them, not ownership.
5Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
6Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad.
