If you're not happy with Superkids within 5 days of your first paid charge, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. No interrogations.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@k5learn.com within 5 days of the charge
  2. Include the email you signed up with
  3. We'll process the refund within 3 business days

What's eligible

  • ✅ First-time paid subscriptions (Starter, Premium, Teacher) within 5 days
  • ✅ Accidental upgrades or duplicate charges (anytime, just ask)

What's not eligible

  • ❌ Refunds requested after 5 days from charge date
  • ❌ Renewal charges (you'll receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal — cancel before then to avoid the charge)
  • ❌ Refunds for accounts found to be violating our Terms of Service

How refunds are processed

  • Razorpay (INR): Refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Stripe (USD): Refunded to your card within 5-10 business days

Cancellation vs refund

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of your billing period. A refund returns the money you paid. You can request both: cancel anytime, refund within 5 days.
