Terms of Service

Plain English: Use Superkids responsibly. Don't try to break it. We can update these terms with notice. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Superkids, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 to create an account, or have parental supervision.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One person per account. Multiple children can be added as profiles under one parent account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans auto-renew monthly or annually based on your choice.
• Free trial period is 5 days. You won't be charged if you cancel within the trial.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no phone calls required.
• Prices are shown in INR or USD based on your location.

4. Refunds

We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. After 5 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of your billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Content & intellectual property

• Workbooks you generate are yours to use personally with your children/students.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated workbooks.
• Superkids' platform, code, mascots, and trademarks remain ours.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass paywalls
• Use automated scripts to abuse the AI generator
• Submit prompts intended to generate inappropriate content
• Resell access to the platform

7. AI-generated content

Our AI workbook generator produces content algorithmically. While we test and review, occasional errors can occur. Please review generated workbooks before giving them to children. We're not liable for typos, factual errors, or content quality issues.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. Maintenance windows may be necessary. We'll notify you of planned downtime via email.

9. Termination

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account anytime — see Privacy Policy section 8.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
